LiteApps provides Salesforce-native automation tools, including but not limited to document generation, workflow automation, and related services designed to integrate seamlessly with Salesforce environments.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Our Services integrate with Salesforce. You are responsible for maintaining your Salesforce account and ensuring that you have the necessary permissions and licenses to use Salesforce in conjunction with our Services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your Salesforce account or configuration.
LiteApps and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Services.
You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Certain features of our Services require payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen pricing plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you access or use our Services.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our data retention policies.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITEAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiteApps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiteApps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LiteApps regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
